Mark Bailey
Group Executive 

An experienced, 360 degree c suite marketer and manager across client, agency and consulting environments with senior level experience and expertise across all aspects of the brand marketing mix.
 
A strong and proven pedigree in team management, having lead teams for some of the worlds most famous and successful brands including, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Pizza Hut, Westpac, Faberge, Nestle & FCM Travel. Mark drives integrated teams to focus on innovation from strategy through to implementation and the constantly evolving digital landscape and how that is changing customer behaviour due to the ever increasing impact of technology on engagement & communications.

Bill Faust
Executive Director Europe 

Bill has 28 years experience in the marketing & communications industry working for large agency groups including CIA Media, Bates Group, DMB&B. He has been involved in the digital marketing arena since the early 1990’s. As well doing a stint client side, as GEIH International eMarketing Director. Bill’s brand experience includes Campbells, BT, Star Trek, Mars and he is a frequent guest speaker at leading global business schools on communications and self marketing as the author of the International best seller “Pitch Yourself”.

Mark McCormick
Director

Previously co - founder and Managing Director for 13 years of Global Red. Mark and his teams experience includes development and evolution of CRM Big Data that has managed 12 million plus customers/members to drive increased conversion, revenue, engagement and automation.

 

Driven by enhanced data analytics that enabled closed loop insights to continually optimise multi-channel programs execution for the following brands including: AMEX – AMEX Sydney, Singapore and US Teams. MasterCard / MasterCard Pre-Paid and Pay Pass card products, Priceline Program to 3.75 million members Toyota. Motoring Clubs NRMA, RACV, RACQ – Acquisition, product design, development, management and data analytics platform and delivery for the 7 Motoring Clubs 7.5 million members program.

Martin Kane
Director

Martin was a Creative Director in london, before moving to Ogilvy and Mather in Australia and then some years ago as founder and Creative Director of Health One, Australia’s largest healthcare activation agency. He is also a founding member of FBM Medicines (For Benefits Medicines) and director of CISA (Cambodia International Sight Association). His previous experience includes senior roles as creative director at advertising agencies in Sydney and London, including Mojo, Ogilvy and Mather, Suddler and Hennessey and Grey amongst others.

James Smith
Group Business Executive Director

James is a lawyer and works as an integral member of the group parent and holding company across all the group business’s to enable access to individual specialist best practice resources in specific areas of specialty or the complete suite of holistic integrated marketing specialist businesses and skills to deliver the best complete 360 degree solution for your marketing & sales budget.
